DEXENTRAL provides educational and coaching services focused on cryptocurrency and digital assets investment. Our 1-on-1 Digital Assets Investment Coaching includes personalized sessions with experienced investors to develop strategies, assess risks, and navigate decentralized finance (DeFi). Services are delivered via video calls using online meeting platforms (e.g. Zoom, Google Meet).

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our Services. By using our site, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Obligations

Account Use: You may need to provide an email to book sessions. Keep your login details secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
Lawful Use: Use our Services only for lawful purposes. Do not engage in fraud, hacking, or activities violating applicable laws or these Terms.
Accuracy: Provide accurate information during coaching inquiries. Misrepresentation may result in termination of services.
Web3 Responsibility: You are solely responsible for managing your cryptocurrency wallets and private keys. DEXENTRAL does not store or control these assets.

5. Payment and Fees

Coaching Packages: Fees are outlined under "Services" page. Payment is processed via third-party providers (e.g., PayPal or Stripe).
Refunds: No refunds are issued after a session begins unless canceled with 48 hours’ notice. Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion.
Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our site, including educational materials, guides, and coaching content, is owned by DEXENTRAL or licensed to us. You may use this for personal education but not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize it without written permission.

7. Limitations of Liability

DEXENTRAL provides educational services, not financial advice or guarantees of investment success. Cryptocurrency investments are high-risk, and you assume full responsibility for losses. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Services, and we are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) arising from use.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Services if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior. You may cancel your subscription with 30 days’ notice. Upon termination, you lose access to coaching materials unless otherwise agreed.

9. Third-Party Services

Our site and coaching may involve third-party tools (e.g., Wix, Zoom, payment processors). Their terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their performance or data handling.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation in Thailand before resorting to legal action. You agree to waive jury trials and class actions.

11. Web3-Specific Provisions

Blockchain Data: On-chain transactions are public and immutable. We do not control or delete blockchain data but will protect off-chain data per our Privacy Policy.
Investment Risks: Coaching includes guidance on DeFi and crypto, but market volatility and smart contract risks are yours to manage.
